Jurgen Klopp fumes despite late Liverpool win over Leicester

Jurgen Klopp said following the foul of Hamza Choudhury driven Mohamed Salah on to hobble off, that he couldnt enjoy Liverpools overdue win over Leicester.
The Leicester midfielder scythed down to the Liverpool forward to prevent him a clear path to target in the last minute of the game at Anfield, and was given a yellow card while Salah, later playing for many moments, left the pitch in visible pain, with his longer-term state as yet unknown.
Liverpool went on to keep their winning streak for a Premier League match up but in Choudhury — whose red-card foul on Matt Ritchie in August left him for 2 months, a sullen-looking Klopp fumed after the match.
I stand and should be only happy due to the way the boys did it, but I am unable to get over the Choudhury yellow card he told Sky Sports. He must know better.
He possibly was unlucky with Ritchie, however he must calm down. You cannot go for the man, then get just a yellow card, I do not understand how that operates.
Three years in a row weve been the team with the lowest yellow cards, so we dont do all these things. To slow Mo down, thats really not acceptable.
Klopp felt Liverpool had been good value for the win at Anfield, which equalled their best-ever start to a year, fitting an streak at the beginning of the 1990/91 season.
Ahead of the match against pilots of Manchester City, Liverpool stand eight points clear at the top of the Premier League.
We won the game, we deserved it, we had been even better, Klopp continued. Leicester are a super team and they were excellent for 30 minutes, but aside from that it is similar to Adrian had 30 saves or whatever.
Klopp known as the decision to award Sadio Mane a last-minute place kick against aclear punishment, but Brendan Rodgers, while stopping short of criticising the conclusion, was unhappy with all the Liverpool forward.
I think that entering the box, then Sadio was probably making certain he made the most of the touch he explained. The swimmers handed it feel. It is hard for the men in the [VAR] studio to overrule that.
I believe if it was not granted no one would have given too much of it. We had to do better at that moment too, those details can cost you a point or 3 points.
Its quite cruel to concede the penalty so late, I am not sure that it was clean and obvious, but quite pleased with this team we are playing against the European champions, a group so strong, particularly at home.
Paul Merson, covering the match for Soccer Saturday, questioned if Leicesters James Maddison was fully fit after winning last weekends win over Newcastle, despite his goal at Anfield.
Leicester will be let down, but did many individuals really expect them to go to the home of the European champions and win? Very few, he said.
They got into a few places, but their final pass was very lousy. When James Maddison was match as the match was not actually influenced by him, I dont know. Jamie Vardy did not actually get any change.
Youve got to remember there is a significant gulf between the two sides. There arent many of those Leicester players whod get in the Liverpool team.
But they will do a great deal better than many other teams will perform in Anfield.
