Mesut Ozil: Two men plead not guilty over alleged incident

Two men have pleaded not guilty intimidating a safety guard outside Mesut Ozil’s home .
Salaman Ekinci and Ferhat Ercun 27, refuse acting in a threatening or violent way against Kemil Sezer outside Ozil’s home alarm or distress, Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.
The group were billed on August 8 under the Public Order Act 1986 after the alleged incident in Highgate, north London, on August 9.
Prosecutor Valerie Benjamin said:»The employer of the complainant is a Premier League footballer.
«The complainant is one of two security guards guarding the property.
«It’s alleged that the two defendants approached and were verbally violent, making threats .»
The group came back until police were called and then allegedly left, Ms Benjamin said.
Ekinci, of Ercun and Tottenham , of Highgate, north London, were bailed to appear to trial before the court on November 6.
Kolasinac and ozil were removed from the Arsenal team to face Newcastle in their opening match of the Premier League season.
