Robert Snodgrass targets win at Aston Villa as Manuel Pellegrini backs Declan Rice

The set will soon back on Monday night, although Declan Rice and west Ham duo Robert Snodgrass endured a challenging time on duty.
Scotland dropped their Qualifiers the defeat to the latter was one year ago since losing to the resistance the first time Snodgrass had played with.
«It was a bitterly disappointing number of results for us ,» said Snodgrass.
«It had been my very first start in a lengthy period for Scotland, and to get beat the way we did…
«We switched off at times and if they have got the likes of [Kevin] De Bruyne, [Romelu] Lukaku and [Dries] Mertens at the side they can cause you issues and that’s what they done.»
Snodgrass is eager to focus on the struggle ahead, namely a trip to a few of their clubs in front of the Sky cameras.
«we would like to attempt to win the game at Aston Villa as, to keep on progressing, we need to continue winning football games and need to bring unique ideas to break these types of down teams.
«Aston Villa are a very good side. I have watched them a whole lot this season because of the fact I’ve been there and kept in touch with some of their players and staff, and we’re going to want to be at our best to find a result.»
Snodgrass’ West Ham team-mate Declan Rice has been facing a difficult time on the stage after he received death threats for selecting to play for England over the Republic of Ireland.
He also came in for some criticism for his mistake which contributed to Kosovo’s second goal against England at Tuesday Qualifier in St Mary’s.
Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini is confident Rice has the mindset to shoot everything into his stride and flourish for the federal side:»Declan is a very young player, he is advancing in every game that he plays,» said Pellegrini.
«He is only 20 years old and I think with his era it’s very important he plays for England and it’s important for him the way he can demonstrate he operates.
«You can anticipate these errors for any kind of participant. He is advancing and for the moment he is performing well in this position.
«If you’re 20 years older you always need to play, but we’ll see whether he has some muscle problem. For now Declan has to continue playing.»
«Once I took him out of the team a year ago I told him you will need a few more games to perform in that place, he constantly is advancing and wishes to understand. He knows what he’s doing wrong and he would like to enhance.»
«He’s played in the top level for both matches [for England] and that will give him confidence.»
